Cygnus is a blend of three years of traditional, lambic-inspired, coolship spontaneous ale following Méthode Traditionnelle guidelines. The blended base was refermented with whole Montmorency and Balaton cherries, pits left in to add complexity. Ongefilterde blend van verschillende jaargangen, niet gepasteuriseerd." Translation: Old geuze, traditional blend of self-brewed lambics of spontaneous fermentation. Unfiltered blend of different vintages, not pasteurized.
