Hill Farmstead Flora Cherry - Unreleased 2018 Bottle
Flora is the wine barrel-aged version of Florence (1915-1967), our grandfather’s sister as well as the name of our Farmstead® wheat ale. We selected a single barrel of Flora and aged it on fresh, Vermont-grown Montmorency cherries. The result is a complex, elegant expression of the annual harvest.

Clover (20200108) Batch 4 - Hill Farmstead
In her honor, we mindfully blended our favorite barrels of Ann, Art,
and Flora, each of which had been aged for between 16 and 27
months—guided by her lingering spirit towards a beer of elegance, grace,
and patience. As our Clover often would, this beer took its own path
and its own time to become what it is now: an effervescent, refined
reflection of both our melancholy for her departure and, most
importantly, our joy in traveling with her for a while

Anna: Puncheon (Geteme) Hill Farmstead Brewery
In honor of Edward's sister, this version of our honey Farmstead®
ale-crafted from organic American malted barley, European and American
hops, Geteme honey from Ethiopia, and our distinctive farmhouse
yeast-aged for 10 months in our puncheons-more than Anna, not quite Ann,
but enchanting all the same. Sourced from the high-altitude Gera forest
in southwestern Ethiopia, Geteme honey is derived almost entirely from
the Geteme tree. Bottled 2023
