Philtre is our Peach Mead, aged in Used barrels from our friends at Toppling Goliath. This barrel was previously Peach Brandy before they passed their strong ale through it. Aromas of funky peach skin radiate in the glass, while the palate shifts into a soft yet juicy Peach flesh. Spending 5 months in the barrel, the contribution from its slumber is noteworthy.
