(Milk Stout, 7.7%, 16oz) Moment of Clarity Extra Maple is a Milk Stout carefully brewed and conditioned with coffee, chocolate, and buckets of dark amber maple syrup. It pours beautifully into the glass with a rich, mousse-like head and dense complexion. It leads with intense aromas of maple-drenched waffles and hot cocoa, giving way to notes of chocolate-covered maple cream candies that linger on the finish. This robust and amplified rendition still maintains the fluffiness of its predecessor, making it easy and pleasant to drink as a full pour. It is a wonderful and decadent treat that, for us, evokes a yearning for relaxed Sunday mornings with a pile of chocolate chip pancakes. Enjoy!
