This is the third year where we have embraced our newfound passion for nouveau style ales, in releasing the beer just a couple of months after fruiting. A blend of mostly 1-year-old red sour ales each aging in different red wine barrels makes up the base. After blending, the cuvee was re-fermented upon a mix of Michigan-grown Balaton and Montmorency cherries. This year's mix is a parfait of spiced cherry jam, cinnamon rolls, swirls of young Barbaresco and cherry handpie. 8.0% ABV
