Style: Per back label: "A Beer/Wine Hybrid blend of Puncheon Barrel Aged Lambic Inspired Wild Ale with Spontaneously Fermented Skin Contact Muscat Wine Grapes. Inspired By Orange Wine." Released under Single Barrel Syndicate label.
Concept: Cellador Ales is a LA-based wild ale producer focusing on spontaneous fermentation and wine-barrel aging. Anitya is their "beer-wine hybrid" series. Fermented with Muscat grapes using skin-contact/white wine technique = "orange wine" character. Aged in puncheon barrels - large 500L+ barrels that give slow oxidation and subtle oak vs standard barrels. Blend 1 = first release of this blend.
