“We will have 4 beers from our new Double Barrel Finishedseries, all were our Horchata recipe racked into Willett Family Estate 9 yr Bourbon Barrels in 2023. At maturity, each barrel was transferred to fresh Willett 4 year Bourbon Barrels for their double barrel-aging. These second barrelsthen saw the addition of the individual woods: Mizunara, French Oak, Aspen, and Maple. We bottled each "Finish" separately, so we can explore and discuss how the new flavors created by the woods impacted the double barrel-aged stouts we have continuously worked on over the last decade.”
