1x Equilibrium / Horus Barrel Aged Accipiter Batch 2 (14%) After just over 14 months in a Weller barrel, Barrel Aged Accipiter, our collaboration with @horusagedales, is ready for release. Following its time in the barrel, we conditioned the barrel aged base on on Emperor’s Coconut, Macaroon Coconut, Coconut Macaroon Cookies, Thai Bananas, and Cacao Nibs. Barrel Aged Accipiter pours pitch black with a khaki-colored head. Aromas of banana puree, coconut macaroons, and brownies come alive with the decadent flavors of fresh baked fudge, banana custard drizzled with chocolate syrup, and bourbon drenched coconut snowballs. A vanilla cream barrel char meets you at the finish with the perfect amount of heat to balance out the rollercoaster ride of flavors.
