Originally brewed in July of 2020 to celebrate Pete and JC’s mutual love for the morning breakfast bar and coffee, we conditioned this now barrel aged oatmeal stout on toasted almonds, Madagascar vanilla, Ghost Bear coffee from our friends @mostracoffee, Vietnamese Saigon cinnamon, and a touch of lactose. Viscous black with a creamy tan head, aromas of Cinnabon, almond brownie batter, and freshly scraped vanilla bean lead into flavors of decadent chocolate, brown sugar, snicker doodle cookies, marshmallow cinnamon roll, and fresh morning coffee. Each sip has a luscious mouthfeel that coats the palate with a belly warming vanilla bourbon finish
