Bramble Berry Double Barrel Catch Hell Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon and Blackberry Brandy Barrels with Saigon Cinnamon and Madagascar Vanilla 12.5% ABV
2026 DB Catch Hell spent ten months in a mix of 4-year Buffalo Trace and 10-year Early Times barrels before being re-barreled into Blackberry Brandy barrels for another five months. A final, elegant immersion of cinnamon and vanilla has us gracefully meeting the seasonal shift.
A well-deserved sensory range offers immediate notes of dark fruit jerky, mixed berry compote with cinnamon dusted bourbon chocolate pour-over. Our biggest 40-plato base stout recipe lends depth and weight, with vanilla being a bridge to a leather-coco, blackberry pie bake-off for stout heads. You’ll be in front of a fire somewhere soon — you’ll want Bramble DB Catch Hell with you. Your friends and family will, too.
