One Bottle of Hill Farmstead released July 2026
This sixth entry in our blended double-barrel aged series was debuted at our Winter Gathering under the moniker Pour #3.
It is composed of three elements: A portion of our cherished Imperial Stout, Damon, rested for 18 months in a Port barrel and then spent 16 additional months in a Whiskey barrel from WhistlePig Whiskey; our Viola Sofia Imperial Stout aged for 30 months in a Bourbon barrel; and one barrel of Aaron, our Barleywine-style ale, also aged for 30 months in a Bourbon barrel, then moved to a Whiskey barrel from WhistlePig Whiskey.
The curated blend was then conditioned atop organic Madagascar vanilla beans. An unbeatable medley of interwoven spirits each buoying the other in ways summing together to be more then their parts. May you savor sip and save this entry and enjoy now or for years to come.

- Microsoft email is brutal! They have a circular response to solve problems. If you have a hotmail, live, msn, or outlook account you may see some issues receiving emails. We are working on it, but the internet is awash with the frustrations of all users trying to work through their silliness.
