For sale from Monkish Brewing in Torrance, CA is One (1) properly stored, unopened bottle of TWELVE-ISH. Bottle size 1 pt, 0.9 fl oz with 16.8% ABV.
"An imperial stout aged in Old Rip Van Winkle bourbon barrels for 42 months. A special beer indeed! Back in September 2020 we were lucky enough to source these barrels. It has been the only time we have seen available any barrels of the renown Pappy van Winkle collection of bourbon whiskeys. We gave these barrels some extra time to condition one of our imperial stouts, and after 3.5 years the beer and barrels found its stride and it was worth the long wait."
