Avocado Imperial IPA (7.9%) This richly hopped Imperial IPA has some berry and tropical fruit notes infused with so complex citrus notes, especially sweet lime. Hopped with Citra, Mosaic. Motueka and Zumo.

Dumps Imperial IPA (7.9%) This Imperial IPA is juicier than a soup dumpling but hopped with way more delicious Nectaron, Nectaron Cryo, Riwaka, Anchovy and HBC1019 hops.

California Roll West Coast IPA (6.8%) A California roll in the magical form of a West Coast IPA with our California friends at Cellarmaker Brewing. This clear crisp hop wonder is hopped with Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Nectaron and Motueka, all from our selected lots.

HDHC Cheddar Special Reserve Imperial IPA (8.3%) Straight from the cheese cave to your glass, this extra special reserve edition of Cheddar has Cashmere, Krush, Riwaka, Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, Krush Cryo and Cashmere Cryo.

HDHC Broccoli Special Reserve Imperial IPA (8.3%) Broccoli Special Reserve has only the choicest florets of Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and in this case instead of Strata, we add Citra. A special addition to our combo of selected hops to make it even more punchy and tropical.

HDHC Cabbage Special Reserve Imperial IPA (8.3%) The choicest heads of cabbage go into this Imperial IPA packed with Nectaron, Simcoe, Mosaic and Motueka along with some Mosaic and Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic Incognito.
