Introducing Ghost Bear, our new barrel-aged collaboration with Fabled Brew Works from Kentucky.

John, co-founder and head brewer of Fabled is an old friend of ours dating back to 2016 where he was the brewer for Listermann Brewing. A couple years back we had John come out and brew up an imperial stout that we aged in a blend of bourbon and rum casks for a total of 26 months then aged it on Mostra Coffee's Ghost Bear Espresso Blend with a touch of Madagascar vanilla.

Caked Up - 11.7%

Barrel-aged imperial stout aged on toasted coconut, chocolate, vanilla, and cinnamon.

We love our buddies down in Tampa Bay at a little brewery called Angry Chair Brewing. You may have heard of them. We're huge fans of one of their most sought after barrel-aged beers, Barrel-Aged Imperial German Chocolate Cupcake Stout, so much so that nearly two years ago we brewed up a huge stout that shared threads from both of our base stout recipes, let it sit in a blend of bourbon barrels for 22 months and then decided to give it the GCCS treatment, with a little spice, literally, we added some cinnamon to the mix because coconut + cinnamon is just an unbeatable combo, add in marshmallow-forward vanilla and decadent chocolate notes and we have ourselves a winner.  Pecan Pie Interception - 12.9%

To conclude our final collab release, we bring to you Pecan Pie Interception.

We teamed up with our buddies at Bottle Logic from Anaheim, California to make a pecan pie-inspired barrel-aged imperial stout aged for 32 months. Real roasted pecans with notes of vanilla, granola, and subtle maple sugar. Plenty of rich chocolatey notes from the stout base and well integrated charr, spice and subtle smoke from the bourbon barrels. We hope you enjoy.
