Batch 1 of Schramm's' legendary The Statement Reserve. Sometimes described as ‘The Heart of The Heart of Darkness,” The Statement Reserve is made exclusively from estate grown Schaarbeek cherries. Like The Heart of Darkness, production and availability of this melomel are extremely limited. It was conceived and crafted to be the purest embodiment of the Schaarbeek cherries and premium honey used in its creation. It is compelling enough to be served without accompaniment, but is without peer when served with Belgian chocolate or New York cheesecake.
