Description
Barrel-aged Imperial Stout aged in Willett 8 year Bourbon, Still630 Rye and Bourbon and 7 year MGP Rye barrels which held our stout for 16 to 21 months before blending. After blending, we infused the barrel-aged stout with our heavy dose of coconut and a dash of cocoa nibs for its final expression to be shared with you.

Bubble Wrap is our Blended Barrel Aged Stout Collaboration with Weldwerks, Other Half, Angry Chair and The Veil. We each selected barrels to blend and then ship to each other, to create individual blends at our breweries and treat with our own integration of adjuncts. We selected Coconut Flakes, Vanilla Beans, Coffee and Fresh Ground Cinnamon for this Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.
