Today, that energy continues with a fresh round of Curiosity, number 143, featuring a new-to-us yeast interacting with Simcoe, Peacharine, and Amarillo hops. 143 pours a milky yellow color into the glass and carries notes of familiar creamy tropical cocktails like piña colada and Brazilian Batida. Surprisingly, the beer finishes dry despite the original sweet punch, which keeps the next sip on your mind.
