(Coffee India Pale Ale, 6.2%, 16oz) Mazzy is a juicy IPA celebrating the complementary profiles of our single-origin coffee and hand-selected hops.Our brew team followed their noses toward the coffee department who were cupping out a new SL28 coffee variety from producer Edinson Argote of Finca Quebraditas in Colombia. These cherries undergo a fascinating multi-stage fermentation, developing lively notes of hibiscus tea and orange soda. We paired its vibrant profile with select lots of Citra and Amarillo, bringing aromas of floral peach, perfume lemons, and orange-mango smoothies. Like so much in life, being in the right place at the right time gives us the sense that the sweetest moments have been waiting for us all along. We named this serendipitous in-house collaboration after a very special dog who trotted into the life of our head coffee roaster. And the rest is history.
