(Double IPA, 7.8%, 16oz) Milky GGGreennn is a rendition of GGGreennn brewed to carry an even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. It encompasses the sum of all the knowledge we have gained experimenting with new malt, yeast, and processes over the last two years.
You may wonder what separates this beer from the original GGGreennn--well, just about everything.
We utilize a softer water profile, torrified grains, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 35% larger than the original.
Pouring a milky yellow color into your glass, it leads with notes of ripe pineapple, passionfruit sorbet, and tropical smoothies before finishing with a firm, short-lasting bitterness. It’s a stunner. We hope this innovative take on a classic hits the right notes for you. Enjoy!
