Endless Pear Almond Cake - 14%
This waterless liquid dessert was made by combining multiple types of pears, partially caramelized Vetch honey, then more fresh pressed pears and dried pears. It was then aged on Organic Grade A Madagascar Vanilla Beans and almond paste. The result is reminiscent of a slice of pear almond cake or pear tart with an amaretto glaze!
