Missouri Quad Aged with Raspberries, Cherries and Black Currants
The Scribe was inspired by one of our favorite Meads from Schramm's in Michigan. This sour Quad was aged in red wine and whiskey barrels with Missouri microflora, raspberries, cherries and black currants for 4 years, developing flavors of sweet leather, bright fruit and tart Missouri acidity over a structured backbone of a Belgian-style Quad before resting in this bottle
