One Can of The Magic of Ten by Tree House Sept 10th
(American Pale Ale, 4.8%, 16oz) Ten years ago this September, I brewed exactly the beer I wanted to be drinking at Lauren and my wedding. Beneficiaries of Chance was a simple and expressive pale ale brewed with a blend of my favorite hops.
To celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary, we tweaked the recipe to add New Zealand Cascade, which we hand-sourced during our travels, along with a choice Peacharine hops.
The result is precisely the pale ale we want to drink as we celebrate ten years, as though our special day were happening again for the first time. Brewed for love, in love - enjoy!
