Farmstead Ale Brewed with Organic Oats, Barley, and Sorghum Syrup and Aged in Wine Barrels
Joining our series of unconventional and creative ales, this newest entry is a Farmstead ale aged in wine barrels for nearly a year. It was brewed with organic flaked oats and a small amount of organic barley and was carbonated with organic sorghum syrup from the legendary Blue Hill at Stone Barn and Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture in Tarrytown, N.Y. This is also a lower-gluten offering, lab tested at 100 parts per million; it is not gluten-free but substantially lower.
