Figments of Newton is a variation of Barrel-Aged Speedway Stout that was first aged in apple brandy barrels and conditioned with Californian Mission figs, Dominican Republic cacao nibs, house-brewed coffee, and roasted almonds to create an elegant, nuanced yet vibrant combination of flavors. The mixture of both bright apple and dark sweet figs creates a harmonic balance to the chocolate earthiness and nuttiness resulting in pure deliciousness.

/Order of the Anvil Vintage Year 2019 This brand new Imperial Stout was created especially for the Order of the Anvil. Coming in at 13.1% ABV and brewed with molasses, treacle, and a heavy dose of roasted malt, this beer was further aged on coconut, cacao nibs, and boysenberries and stored in ex-maple syrup barrels to create an intensely flavorful brew that will increase in complexity as it ages.
