This lively, delicately tart, wine barrel-conditioned Farmstead® ale is brewed with a grist bill comprised of 90% organically grown wheat and 10% organically grown barley. This expression of the series was brewed in the summer of 2022, aged in wine barrels, and then hopped with hand-selected Motueka hops from Freestyle Farm&mdashour agricultural partner, in Upper Moutere, New Zealand&mdashand hand-selected Hallertauer Blanc hops from Seitz Farm&mdashour agricultural partner in Wolnzach, Germany.
