1 375ml Bottle of Hill Farmstead -- bottle date 20240118

We filled a wine barrel and an Aromatic/Gentian Bitters barrel with Self-Reliance: Citra, each of which rested for three months with our resident microflora. We blended the two components and added an elemental and novel blend of bee pollen, quince, pine pollen, and lemon myrtle. The result is enchanting and complex.
