Barrel-aged Barleywine Ale, 17%, 750ml) Tree of Fellowship is a Barleywine Ale aged in bourbon barrels that was first conditioned on toasted cacao nibs, followed by a second round of conditioning on pumpkin and autumn spices. The base beer carries pleasant notes of vanilla toffee, caramel, and warming oak imparted from its two year rest in our barrel cellar. Rising from its tan head are notes of cinnamon sugar, allspice, and a hint of mellow chocolate, bringing forth memories of festive pumpkin pie. This nostalgic release is meant to be shared with those you love over good conversation, a hearty meal, or perhaps a slice of your favorite dessert. Enjoy!
