We marked our first collaboration with the barrel-aging legends at Central Waters Brewing Company. In true collaborative spirit, we combined elements unique to each of us, including the opportunity to source bourbon barrels that held B&E’s Trees maple syrup for 15 months. We knew a collaboration project of this magnitude called for it to be brewed at both facilities. For us, the road to Amherst; for them, the road to Decorah. An overnight boil, no adjuncts, and unique casks were the guiding triumvirate for this project. Over two years later and the road fully forged, we invite you to join in the celebration and culmination of this collaboration.
