For sale from Russian River in Santa Rosa, CA is One (1) properly stored, unopened bottle of Temptation released in 2013. Bottle size 375mL with 7.5% ABV.
"Temptation is our first sour barrel-aged beer dating back to Vinnie’s early days at Korbel® in the 1990’s. Aged in large wooden foeders, this beer has distinct characteristics of fruit and subtle oak. Brettanomyces and good bacteria are added during the aging process to give the beer added fruitiness and a pleasant sourness. This beer is refermented in the bottle creating a natural carbonation and a small layer of yeast sediment."
