3 Fonteinen Hommage Bio Frambozen, 750ml / 25.4 fl. oz., 6.3% ABV. Brewed and bottled by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen, Beersel, Belgium.
Hommage Bio Frambozen is 3 Fonteinen’s organic raspberry variant of Hommage, made in tribute to the late Gaston Debelder. This is a spontaneously fermented fruit lambic using organic biologische raspberries and sour cherries.
Specs for Assemblage n° 60:
Fruit intensity: 350 grams of fruit per liter, minimum 35% fruit
Fruit ratio: 760-800g organic raspberries + 200-240g sour cherries per litre of young lambic
Maceration: Hand-picked whole fruit on young traditional lambic for 6 months
Process: Unfiltered, unpasteurized, bottle conditioned. Local honey added during blending. No artificial juices, syrups, or sugars.
Ingredients: 60% malted barley, 40% unmalted wheat, old hops, water, sour cherries & organic raspberries
