Description

One of the OG beers from our inaugural barrel-aged releases, this massive stout was aged for an average of 20 months in a blend of Heaven Hill Bourbon, Henry McKenna Bourbon, and Jeppson’s Bourbon barrels. After blending, we added marshmallow to balance the bourbon’s heat and spice, bringing forward notes of charred marshmallow and vanilla.

Original owner bottle, stored at 55 degrees.
