(Triple IPA, 9.2%, 16oz) The Prodigal Haze Part XII continues our exploration of intense hop character! This rendition features a blend of hand-selected hops from America's West Coast and our friends at Eggers Hops in New Zealand. Brewed with a focus on cool whirlpool temperatures and massive hop additions, it bursts with aromas of ripe pineapple, summer berry salad, candied citrus peel, and passionfruit sorbet! Pouring a pale yellow hue, akin to Part XI, this hazy beauty is a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The creamy qualities of our house yeast meld with these tropical aromas, blurring the line between a Triple IPA and a fresh, sweet smoothie. As with every Prodigal Haze release, the experience remains as enticing on the last sip as it is on the first. Enjoy!
