An expression of the beer we brew, the barrels we hand-select, and the time in which we patiently age, this is our non-adjunct blend of Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Luxuriously decadent, yet refined and thoughtful, we pursue what this style was and is by sharing with you our purest blend of beer, from barrel with time. Beer Recipes - O.W.K., Vibes, Generational, Henry, Sam. Barrels - Weller 12, Willett Family Estate Bourbon, and Blanton’s. Time in Barrels - 22 to 44 months 37 months. We believe BBT 2023 showcases the rich chocolate and sweet coconut notes of this massive style while also providing the needed roundness and integration of the bourbon and oak characteristics to produce a harmonious experience. 750ml

A blend of Imperial Stout recipes (O.W.K., Vibes & Chocolate) aged in 4 to 8 year old Willett Family Estate and Still630 barrels for 16 to 29 months. 750ml
3) Side Project Beer Barrel Time 2025:
A blend of three stout recipes—O.W.K., Vibes, and Omega—each with bold notes of chocolate, caramel, roasted coffee, and malt. Aged 16 to 25 months exclusively in Willett Family Estate Bourbon Barrels before the final blend was selected. Recipes - O.W.K., Vibes, Omega/ Barrels - Willett Family Estate Bourbon. Time in Barrel - 16 to 25 months. 750ml
