Cantillon LH12 - ????????Incredibly rare and never released, seldom available to the public in any form…the legendary Cantillon barrel LH12. Cantillon LH12 is an oude lambic that spent 5 years in cognac barrels prior to bottling. Unlike 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East, no additional priming sugar was added at bottling for refermentation and carbonation. As a result, LH12 pours completely still.
