build on My Continuous Improvement's rich foundation of cacao and vanilla to

Aroma & Flavor: Deep decadent chocolate ganache, spiced tobacco and leather, a warming heat from dried chilies, supported by light notes of creamed coconuts, dates and subtle red wine character.
Body: Silky, smooth and sweet, coating the mouth before drying out towards the finish.
Aftertaste: Rich, bitter dark chocolate, warming spices, and burnt chocolate brownie.

and 9 different brews, of which 67% young lambik and 33% three-year lambik (at
