Triple Barrel Catch Hell 2026: Triple Barrel Catch Hell, a beer we've released before, though here we've pushed further into it. A dizzying array of wood. Willett, Eagle Rare, Russel's Reserve, Buffalo Trace and Weller at different ages combine across each round of barreling. Prior release saw quicker aging intervals, but '26 has a total barrel time of 33 months with a resonate, commensurate expression. As is with Catch Hell, the recipe leans into finer points of snappy Saigon cinnamon and sleepy Vanilla.
A first pour submits the feeble carbonation within seconds. To be clear, this beer has been on a production voyage of every sort. To stack all of these labored qualities and have one sip meld into something singular, is a small miracle. 4.66 UT Rating, 17.1%
Triple Barrel Catch Hell 2024: This beer began in our brewery in May of 2021.
It saw three rounds of spirit-soaked barrels across a slew of makers: Knob Creek, Jim Beam, Stagg Jr, Blanton’s, Heaven Hill, George Dickel, 18yr Elijah Craig, 10yr Russell Reserve, Buffalo Trace, Wild Turkey, and Willett Family Reserve Rye with fill dates of June 2021, August 2022 and finally July 2023.
