A blend of Lambics brewed on November 30th and December 6th, 2016, aged in Cognac barrels, and subsequently bottled in 2020.This unique blend is the result of a collaboration between Brasserie Cantillon and Cognac Grosperrin.

Lambic with Pineau d’Aunis GrapesA blend of one- and two-year-old lambic with Pineau d’Aunis grapes from the Domaine des Vins Contés in the Loire Valley. A beer with an evolving flavor. 2020 version - Season 19/20 Bottling date: 17 June 2020Blend of rhubarb with one and two year-old LambicOne tank of rhubarb lambic transferred into a recently emptied raspberry lambic tank before bottling.Beer with a tangy and fruity taste. A slight astringency accentuates its subtlety and its end note. Long conservation beer, with an evolving taste.
