(Double IPA, 8.4%, 16oz) Big Blue is a big brother to Blue, our all Mosaic American IPA.

Featuring a mostly pale grist with a kiss of honey malt, Big Blue has a sturdy base to accept the onslaught of Mosaic hops applied during every stage of the brewing process.

We taste and smell ripe clementine, dank blueberry, juicy apricot, and pineapple cream. As a pure representation of hand-selected Mosaic hops, Big Blue is just outstanding.

***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
