(Dry Hopped Helles Lager, 4.9% 12oz) The vines that swell and crawl towards the sun lower their thorny hackles, slowing their incessant twirl under the rising moon. Tides of wind drop into the stillness, but much work is to be done behind shuttered blinds. Sleepless Nights is a Helles lager utilizing Amarillo sourced from the variety’s birthplace, Virgil Gamache Farms. This beer pours a beautiful pale golden color with a tireless white head. On first inspection, classic biscuit, and honey flavors give way to a novel but restrained hop character. The combination of American and German-grown Amarillo leaves a lasting chorus of grapefruit, orange, and lemon on the palate. Sleepless Nights is built on a traditional malt bill, with an exceptionally soft and dry finish that entices another sip. It’s a welcome companion for night owls unwillingly burning the midnight oil!
***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order). And now, I am proud to offer EXPRESS SHIPPING via FedEx -- meaning your order will get to you in 2 business days or less (for roughly 92% United States coverage). $18 gets you 12 cans shipped, and only $0.50 per can after that (maximum 24 cans per order, per box). Bulk Ground options are still available, so please don't hesitate to ask.***
