(IPA, 7%, 16oz) Bubba is a Single IPA that pours a glowing yellow color with heaps of foam rising above the glass. Mosaic and Amarillo fill the air with aromas of mango juice, peach smoothies, and honeydew melons. Cascade then reels in its tropical introduction with a burst of classic pine and bitter grapefruit notes! Bubba is the guy who can answer all your questions. If he’s not in the cellar, check the canning line; if not there, head back up to the brew deck. Calm in the midst of chaos, he’s most likely lending a hand while helping someone else with the other. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
