(Double IPA, 8%, 16oz) Cotton Candy Skies is a Double IPA inspired by the fleeting magic of a setting sun. Pouring a sunny yellow color, Citra and Amarillo burst with soft, juicy notes of champagne mangoes, candied orange, and peach smoothies. We then blended Simcoe and Strata, which swirl with layers of strawberry soda and passionfruit before lending a dank, piney note to its finish. The sky is made of candy, and it’s floating right on by. It might not last forever, but it’s delicious to my eyes. Sugary clouds of pink and purple spin over a powder blue. On mountaintops or way down here, there’s plenty for me and you.

***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
