(German Pilsner, 4.9%, 16oz) Haunted by Waters is a North German Pilsner utilizing a traditional malt bill that carries subdued notes of bread crust and a hint of honey. As its sticky head subsides, lacing along the glass, Tettnang and Saphir hops bring forth notes of orange peel, lemon tea, and a kick of drying noble spice on the finish. Where all streams merge, our memories pass before us like a bustling shoal.
***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
