(American IPA, 6.8%, 16oz) Hello Saratoga, it’s been a long journey from a small red barn and a dream that’s led us to your doorstep and the beginning of a grand new adventure. We couldn’t think of a better location for a new step outside our home state, and we’re honored to be your neighbor.

We’re awestruck with your natural beauty, especially the lush trails, mineral springs, and gorgeous landscapes found within local parks. Whether it’s the buzz of the race track or a slow waltz through the glow of downtown, we’ve found ourselves absolutely charmed.

This beer represents our gratitude and invites you to join us in celebration. Hello Saratoga is an American IPA, pale hazy yellow with snappy, sweet citrus notes from our choicest Citra lots and a heavenly tropical melange from New York-grown Vista hops. We hope you enjoy this taste of things to come.

***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order). And now, I am proud to offer EXPRESS SHIPPING via FedEx -- meaning your order will get to you in 2 business days or less (for roughly 92% United States coverage). $18 gets you 12 cans shipped, and only $0.50 per can after that (maximum 24 cans per order, per box).
