(American Double IPA, 7.6%, 16oz) Jewel of the Sea is an American Double IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7. For this beer, we utilized a legendary English base malt called Pearl. Pearl is a traditional English variety known for its slightly bready and sweet flavor.

Pouring a glowing orange color into your glass, Jewel of the Sea carries notes of orange marmalade, honey, pineapple, and apricot over a base of toasty sweet malt flavor.
