These hops are flash-frozen during harvest, preserving 100% of their essential oils and providing 3X the amount of lupulin as fresh hops. Featuring an ultra-pale malt bill, Juice Project Ice Cold pours a radiant, milky pale yellow color with foam that clings to the glass like morning frost. Our aggressive cold-hopped Juice Project procedure combined with a blend of flash-frozen Amarillo and Idaho 7 creates creates a stunning range of juicy aromas. With virtually no bitterness, notes of peach smoothies, aromatic bergamot orange, tangerine juice, and grapefruit sorbet jump from the glass. This beer represents the possibilities when inventive recipe creation is paired with cutting-edge techniques from the finest hop growers.
