(Double iPA, 8%, 16oz) uice Project: Nectar is a rendition of Juice Project that showcases a symphony of hoppy aromatics and luscious honey character. A base grist featuring honey malted oats and honey malt lays the foundation with soft, sweet notes of honey-brushed crust, graham crackers, and creamy oats. Layered over these sweet undertones, Amarillo and Citra hops burst with aromas of fresh-squeezed orange juice, sugared grapefruit, and sticky stone fruit. The crown jewel of the recipe is a generous addition of Chilean Tiaca Honey, a monofloral variety that weaves intense notes of tropical blossoms and rich, sweet nectar into its fluffy body. Creative ingredients paired with our massive cold-side hopping process create another vibrant, juicy entry in the Juice Project series. Enjoy!
