(Sour IPA, 6.2% ABV, 16oz) We’ve been brainstorming, working on something a little crazy, a secret kept far from prying eyes. We have stacks upon stacks of fruits, hops, sweets, and syrups, but we felt something was missing. With a simple twist of fate, we’ve taken some of our favorite flavors and flipped them on their heads. BEHOLD, Pucker! Pucker is a series of Sour IPAs that utilize a variety of fruit-forward hops. Pouring a sunny yellow color with a snap of tropical tang, its foamy head clings to the glass. For this release, we selected some of our favorite citrus-forward lots and blended our house yeast with a novel sour strain before conditioning on peach purée! Unlike the original ‘Peach’ expression, we skipped the vanilla this time. The result is a pleasant tart ale with notes of sour mango candies, juicy nectarines, peach ring gummies, and tart lemon curd. It’s so tasty, unique, and refreshing. Embrace the sour side.
***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order). And now, I am proud to offer EXPRESS SHIPPING via FedEx -- meaning your order will get to you in 2 business days or less (for roughly 92% United States coverage). $18 gets you 12 cans shipped, and only $0.50 per can after that (maximum 24 cans per order, per box). Bulk Ground options are still available, so please don't hesitate to ask.***
