(Red IPA, 7.2%, 16oz) Sherman is our whole cone-hopped rendition of our beloved Red IPA, Sequoia. Named after General Sherman, this giant Sequoia is the largest of its kind residing in the Giant Forest Groves of California. To honor its colossal stature, we intensified our hop regimen with some of our favorite varieties.
Sherman pours a mahogany hue with brilliant white foam that clings to the glass after each sip. On top of its rich malty base, a hefty charge of whole cone Chinook and Simcoe brings forth aromas of fresh mandarin and grapefruit zest, followed by wisps of sticky pine resin. It is as unmistakably balanced, complex, and refreshing as the rarified air found in the land of giant trees.

Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
