(Maibock Ale, 6.4%, 16oz) Steinbock is a traditional German-style Maibock, lighter in color and body than kindred bocks and crafted for supreme drinkability. Our brewers utilized heirloom Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich “Barke” malts in this grain bill, a small-scale project from the legendary Wyermann maltsters. Underneath its sticky cap of white foam, these resurrected varieties bring complex notes of biscuit and malty caramel that fade into a sweetness. Complimenting its rustic grain bill, Hallertau and Saphir hops carry subtle notes of herbal spice and mild florality. Prost!

Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
