(American IPA, 7.2%, 16oz) Between the Oregon coast and the snow-capped Cascade Mountains, a valley teems with life. What was once a flood plain from massive glaciers now reaps the agricultural rewards of an ancient deluge of rich minerals. Our friends at Coleman Farms are some of the first hop growers to initiate geological surveys into their terroir to better understand their craft. Even today the mighty Willamette River continues to deposit these variations of silt, sand, and clay that lead to such unique and expressive profiles found in their hops. The Valley is a Single IPA that explores a single terroir through a blend of hand-selected hops from Coleman Farms. Pouring a hazy orange color with mountains of sticky foam, tropical notes jump from the glass. Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic carry notes of white grapefruit, boysenberry jam, donut peaches, and hints of pine sap. We hope you enjoy this beer with a renewed sense of awe for our unique American terroir.

Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
